Booking Information Once your request is submitted, a member of our team will check availability and aim to contact you within 2 hours via email to confirm your booking.

All reservations are reviewed and allocated manually within our system to ensure the best possible seating and experience for your visit.

Please note confirmation emails can occasionally land in your junk/spam folder, so do check there if you haven’t heard from us. If you’re still unsure, feel free to email us at info@roomthirtyone.co.uk

Booking enquiries submitted on Sundays will be processed early Monday morning.

For short-notice or same-day bookings, please call us on 01604 637359 during opening hours. Walk-ins for food & drinks are always welcome, subject to availability.

Larger Parties
For parties of 10 or more, a refundable deposit of £10 per person will be required. A secure payment link will be sent once availability has been confirmed.

Important Notes
Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a separate confirmation email. If your plans change, please cancel via the link in your confirmation email so we can release the table. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined. Table Timings Between 12pm – 6pm, our standard table time is 2 hours, as we may require the table later in the day. If you’d like to stay longer, just let us know in your booking notes or drop us a quick email. Bookings from 6pm onwards are not time-restricted. We look forward to welcoming you to Room Thirty One.
